Welcome to banlisto ("banlisto", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the banlisto website and app at banlisto.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What banlisto is
banlisto is a hobby catalog and collection-tracking app for the One Piece Card Game, a physical collectible trading-card game. We provide a searchable card database, collection and wishlist tools, and informational reference prices aggregated from public collectible marketplaces. banlisto does not sell cards, does not facilitate trades between users, and does not provide any financial, investment, or advisory services. Reference prices are for information only and may be inaccurate or out of date.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google login secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
3. banlisto Pro subscription
banlisto Pro is a paid membership offered as a monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — contact us within 7 days for a refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scraping at scale, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes. Public profile names and bios must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.
5. Intellectual property
One Piece Card Game names, artwork and related content are © Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha / Toei Animation / Bandai and are the property of their respective owners. banlisto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these parties. Card images are displayed via their original source and are not hosted or altered by us. Your collection data belongs to you; you grant us the limited right to store and display it to provide the Service (including on your public profile if you enable it).
6. Third-party services
We rely on third parties including Polar (payments), Google (sign-in), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and TCGplayer (price data and "buy" links). Your use of those links or services is subject to their own terms. We may earn affiliate commissions on some outbound marketplace links.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reference prices are accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision. Nothing on banlisto is financial, investment, or trading advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, banlisto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information shown in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
